USA (Kansas) Digital Conversion of Microfilm Records

Government Authority located in Kansas; USA looking for expert vendor for Digital Conversion of Microfilm Records.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to convert microfiche and microfilm into digital format with respective indexes for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be from date of award through March 31, 2013 and it may extend for two (2) additional optional one-year renewal periods.
(3) Vendor should convert around 300,000 images.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
